Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets - all sales are final.
Tickets can be transferred to another patron from the "view your order" page.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Young People's Theatre Company, Incorporated).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
